When you shop, the Click & Collect option is seldom free – it’s often $3-7 for them to pick the order for you. This fee is unavoidable, FETCHIT does not interfere with your purchases which are personal and between you and the merchant. So yes, you pay the merchant’s fee.

We don’t make a hang of a lot out of this, to be frank. Petrol, maintenance, tyres, speeding fines… !
